Course Access Duration and Refunds:

By purchasing an online course or workshop from the Van Tharp Institute, you are purchasing access to that digital product for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for courses after access has been granted, even if course access expires at the end of the one-year period. This includes situations where the access period has elapsed, and the course is no longer available to you.

Renewal Discounts:

We do offer renewal options for continued access to course content after the initial access period expires. Renewal eligibility, pricing, and discount codes will be communicated via email and on our site at the time of renewal. While refunds are generally not offered, VTI may periodically offer discounted renewal codes for prior purchasers who wish to extend access beyond the initial one year.

Paid Subscriptions:

Some Van Tharp Institute (VTI) products or services may offer content on a subscription basis (“Paid Subscriptions”). If you purchase a subscription product (recurring access), that subscription is non-refundable once charged, and access begins immediately, unless otherwise required by law.

Non-refundable Fees:

All fees and charges associated with our products and services are fully earned upon payment. This means that once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Refund Discretion:
