If you’ve completed your payment but don’t see your course under My Courses, likely, your order is still being processed. This can happen for a few reasons, especially with cryptocurrency (BTC) payments.
Common reasons include:
- The Bitcoin mempool is congested, meaning a large number of transactions are waiting to be confirmed.
- You may have used a low transaction fee, which can delay confirmation time.
- Your payment hasn’t yet been fully confirmed on the blockchain.
Here’s what to do next:
- Wait a Few Minutes: Most payments are confirmed within 10–60 minutes, depending on network conditions.
- Check Your Email: You should receive an order confirmation once the payment is completed.
- Check Your Order Status: Go to Dashboard > Order History and see if the order status is “Processing” or “Completed”.
- Once your order status changes to “Completed”, you can access your courses from your account under Enrolled Courses.
- Still No Access? Contact our support team with your email address or order number. We’ll help you get access as soon as possible.
